We've been providing translation services in the UK for around ten years, and are looking forward to taking on your project.

If you need an official Serbian translation for another jurisdiction, please contact us to discuss your requirements. Most one- or two-page certified translations can be done for £59. It's worth first checking whether you need an apostille on your original document, and we'll be happy to advise you regarding this topic.

We’ve helped clients in obtaining UK visas, getting their documents prepared for marriage in the UK as well as numerous other administrative purposes. If you need legal translation for a court case or company registration, technical translation for a product manual or service, or even technical documentation in several languages we’ll be happy to help out with our hihg-quality Serbian translation services.

We're happy to provide tailor-made advice relating to our Serbian translation services, as we understand that getting a document certified or having a Serbian translation of your website done can be a daunting process if this is something you haven't experienced before.

If you're ordering a certified translation from us, turnaround time for Serbian translation is usually 2-3 days. We'll provide you with both an electronic copy as well as a bound paper version of your Serbian translation by first class post for your reference.

We pride ourselves on excellent customer care and satisfaction – check out our average 5-star rating on Google Reviews here.

What we know about Serbia

Serbia is known for producing genius inventor Nikola Tesla and tennis giant Novak Djoković, but you might not have known that it is also one of the world’s largest producers of raspberries.

The language has around 12 million native speakers worldwide, and is one of very few languages with a dual alphabet, with the choice to write in either Latin or Cyrillic script, which is the only European language to do so.

Serbian is a Slavonic language, and shares many similarities with other nearby countries in the region.

Interesting Serbian traditions

Like any country, Serbia is home to a myriad of interesting traditions, many relating to family. When a Serbian man's wife gives birth to a child, his friends will rip off his shirt, which was originally used to wrap the baby in times gone by.

During a wedding, the groom is required to shoot an apple hanging from a branch to prove that he is worthy to protect his future family.

The most important holiday in the Serbian calendar is that of each family's patron saint, where bread and red wine will be taken to the church in the morning to be blessed by the priest before the day's festivities can begin.

Serbian food (and drink) is also not to be missed, famous for rakija (a distilled fruit brandy) and cevapi,  grilled Serbian sausages served in a pitta.
